Dr. Cheng earned his Medical Degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He completed a Transitional Internship at Presbyterian Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and his Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at St. Barnabus Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey and Nuclear Medicine Fellowship at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

Currently on the active staff in the Department of Radiology at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, Dr. Cheng is a Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology. He is a professional member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America and the Society of Nuclear Medicine.
