Dr. Harvey earned his Medical Degree from Temple University School of Medicine and completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, PA. He completed his residency in Diagnostic Imaging and a Fellowship in Neuroradiology at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.

Currently on the active staff of Department of Radiology at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network. Dr. Harvey is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology in Diagnostic Radiology. He is a professional member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Neuroradiology,  Pennsylvania Medical Society, the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology.
