Dr. Jacobs earned his Medical Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Philadelphia, PA and completed a Rotating Internship at John F. Kennedy Memorial Hospital in Stratford, NJ. He completed his Residency in Diagnostic Radiology and a Fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia, PA.

Currently on the active staff in the Department of Radiology at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, Dr. Jacobs is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology with special competency in Nuclear Medicine. He is a professional member of the American College of Radiology, the Pennsylvania Radiologic Society, the Roentgen Ray Society, the Society of Nuclear Medicine and the Philadelphia Mammography Society. Prior to Progressive Physicians, Dr. Jacobs was a staff radiologist at St. Joseph's Hospital, North Philadelphia Health System, Philadelphia, PA.
