Dr. Mayro received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed an internship at Abington Memorial Hospital, Abington, PA, followed by a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia.

Currently on the active staff in the Department of Radiology at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, Dr. Peters is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. He is a professional member of the American College of Radiology, American Medical Association and the Radiological Society of North America.
