Dr. Silver received his Medical Degree from Weill Medical College of Cornell University at New York, NY. He completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Hospital of the University of PA, Philadelphia, PA and Body Imaging Fellowship at Hospital of the University of PA, Philadelphia, PA.

Currently on the active staff in the Department of Radiology at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, Dr.
Silver is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. He is a professional member of the American Board of Radiology, American College of Radiology and American Medical Association.
