He completed an Internship at Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center in Bronx , NY followed by a Residency in Diagnostic Radiology and fellowship in CT and Ultrasound at New York University Medical Center in New York , NY .

Currently on the active staff in the Department of Radiology at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network, Dr. Strauss is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. He is a professional member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society ,American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine and Radiological Society of North America.
