Fees:

Our fees in our office are comparable to those charged by other area surgeons within the Lehigh Valley. At the completion of your visit, you will receive a statement showing the services performed and the cost. We appreciate patients who are prepared to pay for their services at the time of the visit. We will be happy to submit your claim to your insurance carrier upon payment.  We require payment of deductibles and co-pays at time of service. 

Medicare assignment is accepted for all our patients. If you have secondary insurance, please provide this information when you sign-in.  Please be aware that Medicare does not cover routine testing for screening services. For tests that are not covered, you will be requested to sign a waiver indicating that you accept responsibility for these services. Our group also participates in many health plans as listed under current insurance  programs
