PPADr. Fisher earned his medical degree from Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico
and Cooper Hospital University in Camden, New Jersey. He did his internship and residency at Easton Hospital, where he was Chief Resident in Surgery. Dr. Fisher completed the Smithwick Fellowship in Peripheral Vascular Surgery at Boston University Medical Center.

Dr. Fisher is a Diplomate of the American Board of Surgery with added qualifications in Vascular Surgery. He is the recipient of the Dean's Special Award For Excellence in Clinical Teaching at Easton Hospital for 1995 awarded by Medical College of Pennsylvania and Hahnemann University and won Student Teaching award in 2006. Dr. Fisher is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, and is a professional member of the Association of Program Directors in Surgery, the Society of Vascular Technology, Society of Clinical Vascular Surgery, the American Venous Forum, the Association for Surgical Education, the Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society and the American Association of Vascular Surgery. Dr. Fisher has been a Clinical Associate Professor at Hahnemann University - Department of Surgery since 1991. Dr. Fisher has authored and co-authored numerous publications, articles and videos in his area of expertise and is currently involved in several research projects. Currently Medical Director of the wound care center for St. Lukes Hospital at Quakertown campus
