Dr. Lipscomb earned her Medical Degree from West Virginia School of Medicine in Morgantown, West Virginia. She completed her General Surgery Internship, Residency and Vascular Surgery at Unversity of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. She had additional training in Hyperbaric Medicine and Problem Wound Management Diversified Clinical Services.
Currently on the active staff at St. Luke's Hospital & Health Network and Easton Hospital. Dr. Lipscomb is certificated with American Board of Surgery for General Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
